1. Information collected by oxojob.com

By means of the Website, Clintelica AB makes available an on-line recruitment and employment information service by putting together the jobs from various public and non-public sources. (the “Services”). More information about the Services you can find on the Website and in paragraph 1 in the User Agreement.

Anyone who uses the Services needs to have an account. We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • When you create an oxojob account, you provide us with your name and email address and you set up an oxojob password. This information is necessary to authenticate yourself in your subsequent logins to the Website. In case you use your Facebook or Twitter account to register, we do not receive your Facebook or Twitter passwords. However, we may receive information from your profile that you chose to share with us during the registration process
  • When you create a profile or when Clintelica AB creates a profile for you, you provide us with name, email address, telephone, information about the current and previous jobs, education,gender, current location, skills and other information about the nature of jobs you are searching for. Creating a profile is optional in oxojob. In order to get matched against jobs you need to have a profile. However creating a profile enables us to customize our services and to suggest you job opportunities that match your skills, current and previous experience.
  • When you create your CV you may enter data about your previous jobs, education, achievements, skills, interests, hobbies, career goal etc. You may also input your contact information. This data is made visible only when you voluntarily choose to do so with one or several specific employers or with recruiters in general.
  • When you upload documents about yourself, CV, intention letter, personality tests or whatever documents you consider relevant to share with us and the employers you are interested in.


2. How Clintelica handles your personal information

The purpose why we store information about you and your usage of our system is to better help you in your job searching activity.

We are a Data Controller of your information.

Clintelica AB’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the personal information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information:

  • Clintelica AB needs to perform a contract with you
  • You have given Clintelica AB permission to do so
  • Processing your personal information is in Clintelica AB’s legitimate interests
  • Clintelica AB needs to comply with the law


Clintelica AB will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Whereas your profile is not visible by other regular users, the information in your profile or in the CV and other documents you voluntarily share with us may become visible if you voluntary wish to share it with specific companies or in general with all recruiters by expressing interest in one, several or all jobs we propose to you. By default, your profile is not visible by anyone else than you. Your personal job agent has access to your full profile.

3. Security

Access to the Website is password-protected and sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption when data is exchanged between your web browser and Clintelica AB. We also offer secure https access to the website.

We continuously monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities. However the Internet is not a 100% secure environment therefore there is no guarantee that information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of measures.

Protect the security of your login information is your responsibility.

4. Log Files

Website follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.
